Here will explain how you can report problems on the system as well as improvements you may need.
To improve user experience, we added an exciting feature that you can use to:
- Report problems/issues you may encounter while using the system
- Suggest improvements and new additions
- Report bugs within the system
There are two scenarios here:
- The issue occurs when you log in to the system
- The issue occurs before you can log in to the system
THE ISSUE OCCURS WHEN YOU LOG IN TO THE SYSTEM:
- Upon logging to the system, click on the green icon to your right-hand-side titled, Support as shown in the screenshot below.
- Please NOTE that for your convenience, the Support button appears on every page in the system. Meaning you can perform this process on any other page.
- We are using the Dashboard page as an example as it is the first page you see.
- A screenshot similar to the below one should be displayed upon clicking the Support button.
- The system will automatically fill in your email address , so you do not need to do that again
- Next, please enter a descriptive subject for the error that occured/suggested improvement you'd wish us to introduce to the system
- Then enter a very brief description.
- To take a screenshot, please click on the camera icon.
- Please NOTE that when the camera icon is clicked to get the screenshot, the system will capture the current page where you are on. Please verify that you are already on the error page/page where you would like us to pay attention to.
- The system will show on a small preview of the screenshot taken as shown below
- Below is labelled with all bullet points explained.
- Then finally click on the Send Feedback button.
- The system will also send you a mail stating that your new ticket has been successfully received and it is a high priority.
- One of our friendly support staff will then proceed to communicate with you.
THE ISSUE OCCURS BEFORE YOU CAN LOG INTO THE SYSTEM:
In this scenario, the following can be one of the causes:
- Cannot reset your password to log in
- Cannot log into the system
- The login page does not show up
- Other errors.
