When users want to gain access to view or review your resume they need an access token in order to do so, this article will show you how to view users' access tokens or give out new access tokens.


Firstly, head to the navigation tab and click Access Tokens.



Once clicked you will be redirected to the Access Tokens page where you will be able to a variety of things, giving a user a new access token, viewing a user's current user token and updating a user's user token information.


Giving a user a new access token.


In order to give a user a new access token click the new access token button at the top right of the page.



Once clicked you will be taken to the new access token page where you will be provided spaces to enter a unique name for the user and choose the recipient of the access token from a list, the fields marked with a red asterisk are required, once all desired information has been entered click the green Save button on the bottom right of the page.



Viewing a user's access token.


To start, click the plus symbol beside a user's name.



Once clicked you will see three symbols below the user's name, to view that user's token click the first symbol.



Once the view symbol is clicked, you will be redirected to the View page, to view the user's access token click the Click To View Token button.



Once clicked you will be asked to enter your password.



The user's token will then appear.



Updating a user's access token details.


To start, click the plus symbol beside a user's name.



Once clicked you will see three symbols below the user's name, to view that user's token click the second symbol.


Once the update symbol is clicked, you will be redirected to the update page, where you will be given the ability to change certain aspects of the user's access token details.



Once you have changed any of the user's information click the Save button on the bottom right of the page.
